The content of this journal really confusing for me because it’s like experimental research and classroom action research combine, even though the content make me headache but the results of this study are good enough and worth to try because it’s contribute to the literature by providing evidence for the effectiveness of a remedial reading program in improving both reading fluency and comprehension in elementary school students. These findings support the importance of programs for males and females in fourth, fifth and sixth grade provided to assist students academically. And maybe in the future I can use this method to improve my students reading fluency and comprehension.

Nonverbal Teacher-student Communication in the Foreign Language Classroom

This journal is about teaching Chinese as a foreign language. And nonverbal communication plays a very important role in this journal, in certain circumstances, non-verbal communication can achieve the goal that even verbal communication can’t, application of nonverbal communication in teaching Chinese as a foreign language must be considered, different forms of nonverbal communicative behavior play a very important role on the teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The students' attention is easily attracted by the use of body language, and the body language can also help them deepen their impression and imagination. Appropriate body language can reflect the teachers' temperament and demeanor to strengthen their personal glamour. Through this way, the students' ability of English will be certainly and greatly improved. However, the teachers' body language often exists during the oral language. We need use the body language accurately during the class, or it will cause a bad influence on the English teaching course.

This journal might be the finest thing to do in class, because incorporating feedback in writing is an effective approach in writing lesson as it can foster the students’ motivation, And improve their language proficiency as well as promote their great achievement in writing performance. The teacher need to offer the suggestive feedback and identify the potential areas in writing in order to ensure that the students can develop their skills and gain the beneficial experience to become better writers. Because in my own experience it can make student or participant understand more and they ‘ll remembered it because of the will of the feedback that teacher gave.

Critical Cultural Awareness:
Managing Stereotypes through Intercultural
(Language) Education

The goal of this journal has been to explore theoretical approaches to the study of stereotypes across various scholarly fields and to see what cognitive processes shape stereotypes. And its shown various theoretical approaches, disclosing important features and aspects of stereotypes that can manifest on diverse linguistic levels. By nature, stereotypes display diverse features, most of which are negative. The analysis of cognitive processes is helpful in understanding why and how perception can be distorted: people belonging to different cultures have different perceptual experiences, different knowledge about the world. What is regarded as a positive stereotype might be regarded as negative. But The examination of theoretical approaches and cognitive mechanisms undertaken in this journal may be applied in teaching practice and educational research.

Video as a new teaching tool to increase student motivation

The research of this journal is at the School of Industrial and Aeronautical Engineering of Terrassa and use 12 lecturers and with 487 students in three different degrees of engineering.  The 12 lecturers who participated in the study noticed an increased level of students’ motivation and interest in the subject. This gave them a sense of satisfaction for a well done job and encouraged them to continue working on educational innovation, fostering continuous improvement. Although this method is improv student motivation but still, it cannot use in all Indonesia because of the limit of resource and the less understanding from the teacher.

Improv and Ink:
Increasing Individual Writing Fluency with Collaborative Improv

This article explores how short form/comedic improvisational theater impacts the development of writing fluency. And after participation in the sequence of improv games researcher know that students showed an increase in their writing fluency. These findings, along with existing literacy research, suggests that improv provided a framework that takes students rapidly through essential literacy processes seen on the emergent level; and that exposure to, and practice of, these processes address deficits in social emotional or literacy skills that are important to writing. The sequence of games used in these studies scaffolded not only improv structures, but also served to scaffold essential literacy skills that enable students to move from collaborative speech to individual writing. This article is hard to understand though, but worth to try in the future.

Enhancing Speaking Ability of EFL Students
through Debate and Peer Assessment

In this fourth journal there are 2 aspect that researcher want to use that is debate and peer assessment, and the result of it shows that the students gradually could express their thought and opinions in debate practice. This activity encouraged the students’ creativity to explore the language, since they were asked to develop their arguments from certain motions. The motions were made familiar to them so that they found it easy to speak on the topics.  By practicing speaking in the debate practice, they improved their fluency as well as their confidence. So conclusion from this article is debate and peer assessment could improve their speaking ability and its very suit for student nowadays.

This article really interesting for me because I never think that police need any culture awareness but this article explores the history of race relations and cultural awareness training in the United States and the importance of emphasizing cognitive and learning styles of police in an attempt to ensure the course content is effective that makes me more curious. And the end of this article said that communication is a critical part of policing. Research in the United States has shown that 93 percent of police work is one-on-one communication and the ability to communicate with all of the citizens in our communities is critical to successful policing. The more effective courses are those that include discussions of various cultures within communities and how they can best be served. And that’s why they need this lesson in police academy.
